St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center reserves the right to deny service or sale of product to any person(s) for what ever reasons a staff member feels it is necessary

Such reasons may include, but not limited to, conflict with one's medical care, attitude or behavior of the client or potential client, multiple missed appointments, inconsistent participation, or any other reason a staff member feels it is warranted.

Due to our commitment to serving our current client's, any contact or inquiry will be answered as we receive them, and when time permits. At times, we get impatient callers who wants our staff to place them ahead of others. This is strictly prohibited. Any person who illustrates bad demeanor or disrespect to a staff member in person or through communications will be asked to leave the premises and/or not be considered for future services and sales. Those whom illustrate impatience or disrepect are not excellent candidates for holistic success. St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center will not consider service to any such person showing such demeanor.


Refunds/

Once a service is rendered, no refund will be issued. If a client or potential client challenges this refund through a "charge back" procedure on their credit card, or a canceled check, that client will be terminated from the programs indefinitely. If it seems warranted to issue a partial or full refund, even if service was rendered, it will be done so by the sole discretion of the staff of St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center.

Refund for a product sold will not be issued unless a replacement product or a substitute product is not possible.This will be determined by a staff member only. Once a product is purchased, no refund will be issued, even if the seal is not opened. This policy is to protect the public from tampered product. Once a product is possessed by the client, it can not be offered to resale by another customer. 

If a product is deemed defective, St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center will replace it at no charge if it is returned within 30 days of purchase, and accompanied by the receipt. It is the client's responsibility to present a receipt and retain such receipt for such of an event. No exceptions.


Interact/

Conflicts

St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center can deny service or sale of any product to any person for any reason or if a staff member determines that such service/product may interact or conflict with one's medical treatment. This policy is to protect an individual from harm that may result from such interaction or conflict.

St. Michael's Holistic Natural health Center practices the purest form of traditional natural healing. A person may be denied service or product, and/or program terminated  if such person is participating in different approaches with different product, support and/or philosophy.Here at St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center, we utilize a traditional comprehensive holistic approach. Many new age practitioners, chiropractors, integrative naturopaths,and other integrative practitioners practice some form of natural healing, but different approaches may conflict with each other. This can be hazardous to one's well-being.

Our facility will deny any product(s) which a staff member feels can cause an interaction with one's  drugs, over the counter drugs, and/or medical condition.

Once a client is established, if he/she decides to leave our program, he/she can re-enter at some point. Please be reminded that first time clients, and those who are dedicated to our program gets first priority. Once an appointment becomes available, and our staff is confident the client is not utilizing multiple programs, the client will be scheduled. If it has been longer than one year since the client's last visit, the client must start from the beginning with another orientation and the associated fees.


Payments

Payments of services and/or products must be paid in full, at time of service and/or purchase. If a client wants to make payments, they can do so with use of a credit card, and make payments to their credit card account.

Payment methods include credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), cash, and checks. American Express is not accepted at this time. If a client elects for a charge back with their credit card company after services or products have been rendered, that individual will no longer be able to participate in the programs or products offered at St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center indefinitely.

If a client elects to pay by check, the check presented will be processed by electronic checking procedures via Cross Checks, Inc. If insufficient funds causes a recall to the check, the client will have to resolve this matter directly with Cross Checks Inc. In most cases, if a check has insufficient funds, three attempts will be made to deposit the check. At times these attempts trigger a "buy back charge" of $5.00. Even if the check is successfully deposited after the second and third attempt, often a "buy back " charge is triggered and charged to our facility. For this reasons, if a $5.00 "buy back fee" is generated, the cost must be passed on to the client during the next visit. If for some reason a check can not be electronically process, and must be manually deposited by our staff member, then a $35.00 insufficient fund fee will be charged for insufficient funds to the client by St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center. No further services or sale of products will be executed until such fees is paid in addition to the original invoice charges. In addition, such client will have to wait for a period of one year before a check is once again an option for payment, unless waived for some unseen circumstances by a staff member.


Insurance

Coverage

Products and services offered at St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center are not usually covered by insurance programs, medicare or medicaid for they are holistic approaches for self improvement and functional support only. In very rare cases, some programs may re-imburse clients directly if they feel the pogram is beneficial to their customer's well being. However, this is between the client and their insurance carrier or social services. St. Michale's Holistic Natural Helath Center will not intervene or participate in any manner on the client's behalf for acquiring re-imbursement, for doing so would be misrepresenting St. Michael's Holsitic Natural Health Center as a medical provider. This includes average cost calculations and direct requests from third parties. It is the client's responibility to determine their cost calculations, if requested by a third party which may grant allowances for such purchases  . It is suggested that each client maintain and keep records of their receipts.Any missing or lost receipts is the client's responsibility. St. Michale's Holistic Natural Health Center is not a medical facilitiy, and must not be mispresented as one by any client in order to receive such re-imbursement of benefits in a fradulant manner. Any such attempt will result it termination of one's program and fututre purchases. St. Michael's Holsitic Natural Health Center reserves the right to participate or not to participate in any future considerations of insurance coverage in the future by third parties insurance providers.                                                                                                                                                                                              



Legal/Ads

St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center will not be held responsible for any third party advertisement of our facility, which results in incorrect classification of our services or products. The only official approved advertisement is on this website, the better business bureau, our Facebook page, approved phone book listings, and any approved radio, television or newspaper ads

St. Michael's Holistic Natural health Center will not be held responsible for any third party classification of our services or products. At times a third party service like Google, merchant circle, yahoo, and other parties classify this facility as a medical. We can not prevent this in this modern day age of technology. Sometimes they assume this must be a medical facility because of this general health label. St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center is not responsible for any advertisement where there was no signature granted approval for such advertisement.

St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center will not be held responsible for any variation of approved listings, in which the classification is limited by such media. For example, in some phone books, the listing of "alternative medicine" is often used in the yellow section, since the advertisement agency may not offer more specific headings. However, the term"alternative medicine" does not imply the classification of medical services.


 Clientxx 

It is the client's responsibility to notify the staff of any new medical treatment, test, surgeries and drugs their physician prescribed. Failure to do so can be hazardous to one's well-being, and could result in termination of the client's program and purchasing of product. This will be determined by the staff.

It is the responsibility of the client to remember their appointment times. While modern day schedules promote stress and forgetfulness, holistic science is a discipline. With convenient technology such as cell phones and computers, it should be not be burdensome to enter your appointments into a device, during setting of the appointment. If a client often missing appointments, this is not indicative to being disciplined, and statistics show client's successful rate drops off dramatically. Any client failing to notify our staff 24 hours prior to their appointment, more than one time(grace period once in last 24 months), will be charged a $30.00 no show fee, which will be charged upon the next visit. If it is a frequent occurrence, then the client may be terminated from the program for a period of at least one year. Remember, we have limited time. This time is very valuable to our staff and dedicated clients.

A client who illustrates lack of mental capacity or lacks of understanding of our program(s), will be required to be accompanied by a family member or other legal guardian. This will be determined by the staff. Client's under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent(s) or other legal guardian(s). Those clients who are at the age of 18 and do not lack mental capacity, must make their appointment them self. It is the policy of St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center, that no one other than the client can schedule an appointment. This includes parents of students who are at the age of 18 or older. Any other family member or adult, other than the client who is at the age of 18 or older, who illustrates a bad demeanor or attitude will be asked to leave the premises.

It is the responsibility of the clients to read all the policies on this web page and/or posted at the center, to understand these policies, and to stay current on any updated or amended policy. If there are any questions, the client should feel free to ask our staff. Clients should not misrepresent the services and/or products offered at St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center.

It is the responsibility of the client to present medical reports to our facility. Medical facilities usually do not send copies of records to  facilities. A client should ask their physician(s) for a copy of blood work or other reports. It is a good practice for a client to keep one copy on file for themselves.

For the client's safety, remember to discontinue any dietary supplements prior to any invasive or minimally invasive medical procedures, at least 7 days prior to the scheduled procedure. Many vitamin or herbs can interact with anesthetic, post surgical treatment, and many dietary supplements have blood thinning qualities. Ask your physician and/or one of our staff members if there are any questions.

Your record located at our facility is not a medical file. You record is a notations of your self improvement program only. We are eager to assist our clients in the event of relocation, by assisting our clients to find a similar practitioner in their new area. However, in order to protect our clients, we will not share any records in full or part, with a practitioner that does not have similar full training and certifications accepted by the A.A.D.P., in the same modalities that are offered at St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center. This includes intergrated medical personal who is not trained or certified in the specific modalities that are offered at St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center. This helps make sure that reports are not presented to practitoners whom cannot interpret and analyse the reports. There are many individuals claiming to be properly trained as a holistic practitioner, however many lack the training and certification required for the proper techniques of specific modalities such as reflexology, iridology, bioenergetics, herbology(including Chinese herbology), reportization, TMA, etc. We are not interest in questioning a professional's qualifications. However, in order to protect our clients, we must have some published guidlines to go by. Rather than questioning one's skills, we are simply going by the A.A.D.P. certification and individual modality training and certification guidelines. If a certain professional has the skills but lacks the required certifications, that is not the responsibility of St. Michael's Holistic Natural Health Center.
